By booking a tour with Lima Explorer Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. BOOKINGS

Reservations can be made via our website, email, or authorized channels. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once confirmed, we start arrangements, including purchasing tickets and coordinating guides and drivers.

2. PAYMENTS

Payment methods and amounts will be communicated during booking. Full or partial payment may be required to secure your tour. Balance must be paid at least 45–60 days before departure, or full payment if booking is within 60 days of departure.

3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancel 48 hours or more before the tour → full refund (bank fees deducted).
Cancel less than 48 hours → no refund.
Rescheduling 1 day or more in advance → no extra charge.
Rescheduling same day → 50% of tour price applies.

4. PASSPORT INFORMATION

To confirm your booking, we may request your passport number. This is required for:

• Nominative tickets for attractions and activities
• Hotels during check-in
• SUNAT (Peruvian tax authority) invoicing for non-Peruvian residents

All passport information is kept confidential and used only for booking, invoicing, and legal compliance.

5. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY

Travelers must:

• Arrive on time at meeting points
• Carry valid identification
• Follow safety instructions
• Inform us of any medical conditions affecting participation

6. LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE

Lima Explorer Tours is not responsible for personal injury, loss, delays, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, strikes, or government restrictions.
